Service
BSA is a discovery, availability and timed-auction platform. Equipment contracts are concluded directly between buyers and suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Auctions and bids
An auction bid is a binding commitment to buy if it is the winning bid and any reserve is met. BSA displays the highest bid, bid count, closing countdown and whether the private reserve has been met. BSA does not disclose the reserve amount. Buyers are not charged to bid; supplier auction activation is paid separately before publication.
No guarantee
Availability, specifications and supplier claims must be independently confirmed. BSA does not warrant suitability, condition, delivery or performance.
Permitted use
Users may not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, manipulate bids, bid on their own stock, impersonate others or submit unlawful or misleading content.
Liability
Use of the website is at your own risk, subject to applicable South African law.
