Service
BSA is a discovery and availability platform. Auctions are paused pending legal and operational review. Equipment contracts are concluded directly between buyers and suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Stock discovery
Buyers may search and contact suppliers about available equipment. Prices, inspection, payment and delivery are agreed directly between buyer and supplier.
No guarantee
Availability, specifications and supplier claims must be independently confirmed. BSA does not warrant suitability, condition, delivery or performance.
Permitted use
Users may not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, manipulate bids, bid on their own stock, impersonate others or submit unlawful or misleading content.
Liability
Use of the website is at your own risk, subject to applicable South African law.
