Supplier responsibility
Suppliers must provide accurate company details, lawful listings and current availability, and must own or be authorised to supply listed equipment.
Verification
Email verification does not equal company verification. BSA may request documents, reject listings or suspend access.
Stock updates
Published stock must be reconfirmed at least every seven days and promptly marked reserved, sold or archived.
Auction responsibility
For auction listings, suppliers must enter a genuine opening bid, optional reserve and accurate closing time. A supplier may not bid on their own auction and must honour a winning qualifying bid, subject to the published listing terms. Each auction requires a flat R99 activation fee, manually verified before it appears publicly. This fee is separate from the monthly subscription and is not a percentage of the final sale.
Buyer relationship
The supplier remains responsible for quotations, VAT invoices, warranties, delivery and the equipment contract.
