Supplier responsibility
Suppliers must provide accurate company details, lawful listings and current availability, and must own or be authorised to supply listed equipment.
Verification
Email verification does not equal company verification. BSA may request documents, reject listings or suspend access.
Stock updates
Published stock must be reconfirmed at least every seven days and promptly marked reserved, sold or archived. A listing leaves public search after one month and must be resubmitted for review to appear again; this does not cancel or pause the supplier subscription.
Listing review
New and edited listings are submitted for BSA review. Please allow 12–24 hours for review and publication after cleared subscription payment and a complete submission. We aim to meet this window but may need more time to verify information or request changes. BSA may return a listing for changes or decline publication. Auctions are not currently offered.
Buyer relationship
The supplier remains responsible for quotations, VAT invoices, warranties, delivery and the equipment contract.
