Subscription and Renewal Terms

Plans
Starter is R199 per month with up to 5 live listings, one supplier login and five photos per listing. Standard is R499 per month with up to 25 live listings, three company logins and five photos per listing. Premium is R999 per month with unlimited live listings, ten company logins and five photos per listing. Bulk upload and multi-branch tools are being prepared and must not be relied on until BSA confirms availability.
Starting during a month
A new supplier joining after the first is invoiced pro rata for the remaining days of that calendar month, plus the following full month in advance. The invoice shows the exact covered dates and amounts.
Renewal and EFT
Calendar-month subscriptions renew on the first. BSA prepares the next pro-forma invoice seven days before the due date when its billing check runs. Suppliers pay by EFT using the unique invoice reference; access activates only after cleared funds and owner approval. BSA does not confirm bank deposits automatically. No VAT is added while BSA is not VAT-registered. BSA does not charge a sale commission.
Unpaid accounts
An unpaid renewal blocks new listing submissions and approvals after the seventh day following the due date. Existing listings may remain visible for up to 45 days after the first unpaid due date, only while availability is reconfirmed and the listing remains within its normal review period. The owner is alerted from day 7; a supplier warning is sent from day 30 when the billing check runs. At day 45 unpaid listings leave public search and subscription access stops until the outstanding EFT is confirmed. A late return requires payment of outstanding covered periods and the following month in advance.
Billing enquiries
Email proof of payment and accounts questions to admin@breakdownstockavailable.co.za. The invoice PDF includes these terms. Refunds require a separate review; no refund is paid automatically.
Pilot activation
An administrator may manually activate a pilot plan. Every manual activation is recorded in an audit log.
