Subscription and Renewal Terms

Plans
Starter is R199 per month with up to 5 live listings, one supplier login and five photos per listing. Standard is R499 per month with up to 25 live listings, three company logins and five photos per listing. Premium is R999 per month with unlimited live listings, ten company logins and five photos per listing. Bulk upload and multi-branch tools are being prepared and must not be relied on until BSA confirms availability.
Renewal
Subscriptions are invoiced monthly for EFT. BSA activates access only after the payment clears and the owner approves the supplier. No VAT is added while BSA is not VAT-registered. BSA does not charge a sale commission.
Enforcement
Plan limits are enforced by the server. Publishing may be suspended if payment fails or a plan expires.
Pilot activation
An administrator may manually activate a pilot plan. Every manual activation is recorded in an audit log.
