Acceptable Listing Policy

Allowed listings
Industrial, mining, municipal, commercial, energy, plant and related equipment that is genuinely available for sale or rental, including surplus stock.
Required accuracy
Titles, specifications, condition, quantity, location, ownership, photographs, lead time and offer validity must be accurate and current.
Prohibited content
No counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, unlawful, unavailable or misleading equipment; no misleading claims, malware, hidden advertising or third-party personal information.
Moderation
BSA may reject, archive or remove listings and suspend suppliers when this policy is breached.
