Email info@breakdownstockavailable.co.za with your name, company, listing or request reference and supporting evidence.
Review
BSA acknowledges complaints and may request further information. Marketplace-access disputes are reviewed independently of the underlying equipment sale.
Buyer-supplier disputes
Buyers and suppliers remain responsible for resolving equipment-contract, payment, warranty and delivery disputes.
Escalation
Nothing prevents a party from using applicable regulators, ombuds or courts.
